How does taking over my property work?

We start with a phone call, then a full visit of your property in Nevers. We assess the needs, set up the management and organise everything: cleaning, check-in, guest communication and listing optimisation.

What kinds of properties do you manage?

Studios, one and two-bedroom flats, apartments, townhouses and residences in Nevers and the surrounding towns (Varennes-Vauzelles, Coulanges-lès-Nevers, Fourchambault, Marzy, Magny-Cours, Pougues-les-Eaux, La Charité-sur-Loire). Each property gets a service tailored to its layout and location.

How much commission do you take?

Our commission is 20% excl. VAT of the revenue generated. No fixed fees, no subscription: you only pay if your property generates bookings, our interests are 100% aligned with yours.

How long before the listing goes live and the first booking?

Your listing is online within 24 to 48 hours of signing the contract. The first booking arrives on average within 72 hours: Nevers is a destination in demand all year round (heritage and the banks of the Loire, Magny-Cours race weekends, business travel, river and road tourism), demand never stops.

Do I need to be present for the visit or the work?

No. We can arrange the initial visit with or without you, then handle everything remotely: communication, key handover, follow-up, invoicing and reporting.

Can I block dates for my own use?

Of course. You remain the owner and in control of your calendar: block your dates from your dashboard or let us know, the update is immediate.

How can I track my property’s performance?

You get access to a real-time dashboard (bookings, revenue, occupancy rate, calendar) and you receive a detailed report after every stay.

What happens if there’s a problem with a guest?

Our team is reachable 7 days a week. In an emergency (breakdown, jammed lock, hygiene issue), we step in or send a qualified provider quickly, and you are kept informed in real time. Your properties are also covered by the platforms’ host guarantees.

How does the key handover work in practice?

Your choice: an in-person welcome at the agreed time, or a secure coded key box for arrivals outside our hours. Either way, the guest receives all the instructions before arriving.

Do you handle short and medium-term lets?

Yes. We handle both short stays of a few nights (Airbnb-style) and lets of several weeks or months (students, professionals on assignment in the Nièvre, work sites). We tailor the strategy to your property and your goals.

Is the station or airport transfer included?

A transfer from Nevers station or an airport (Bourges, Clermont-Ferrand) is an option you can offer your guests. The fee is charged to the guest or built into the booking price, as you prefer.
