What happens if there is an issue during the stay?

Our team is reachable 24/7. In case of emergency (breakdown, jammed lock, sanitary issue), we step in or send a qualified contractor within 1 hour. You are kept informed in real time.

Is the transfer service included in your offer?

The airport/train station transfer is a complementary option you can offer your guests. The fee is charged directly to the guest or can be included in the booking price, depending on your choice.

How do you handle difficult guests or disputes?

We screen guests based on platform criteria and handle communication end-to-end.
