Your concierge in Nevers is part of the Yes Conciergerie network. At the end of October 2026, two topics from the network were covered in the specialist press: the certified training of its franchisees, and the role of artificial intelligence in its tools. Here is what to take away, and what it means for the owners who entrust us with their homes.

A network born in Tignes

The idea for Yes Conciergerie took shape in Tignes in 2017. Its founder, Johan Van Hengel, who came from tourism and the mountains, saw short-term rental growing very fast and noticed the gap between what guests expected and the often makeshift way homes were looked after.

For six years, the model was built and tested on the ground, reaching twelve locations. In 2023, it became a franchise network. Today the network has 33 locations on four continents, in France and abroad. Each concierge is run by an independent entrepreneur based in their own area.

The Yes Conciergerie philosophy

The Yes Academy, a certified training programme

On 31 October 2026, Toute la Franchise presented Yes Conciergerie as the first franchisor in France to offer certified concierge training. That training is the Yes Academy, the programme that prepares every new franchisee for the job.

It starts with 40 hours of initial training: finding clients, digital tools, day-to-day operations, and working with owners, guests and service providers. It continues with two months of support at launch, with weekly sessions with head office, followed by six years of follow-up, with sales workshops and legal support.

The training is registered in France Compétences’ Répertoire spécifique under number RS 6977, and the training body is certified Qualiopi. It can be funded through the French personal training account (CPF).

Franchisees with a management background

Most Yes Conciergerie franchisees come from management: running a supermarket, a franchise or a sales team, often leading teams of several dozen people. For nine out of ten, concierge work is a new profession. That is exactly why the training matters: it passes on proven know-how to people who already know how to lead a team and keep their commitments.

Artificial intelligence working for the teams

At the end of October 2026, Toute la Franchise and AC Franchise also described how the network uses artificial intelligence. It already plays a part in dynamic pricing and in writing and improving listings. The network’s central tool also automates the follow-up of enquiries, reminders, alerts to the teams and the collection of reviews.

Over thirty days, these automations carried out more than 3,400 operations with no human involvement, and they free up nearly 90 hours of work a month at head office. In early 2027, the aim is to connect the homes of every concierge in the network to its tools, so that each franchisee can look after more owners with the same quality.

Time saved goes back to the ground

Artificial intelligence does not replace anyone on site. It cannot repair a broken boiler, it does not know the owners personally and it cannot see that a home is deteriorating. That is why each franchisee works within a radius of about 30 minutes around their base, to stay close and responsive.
